Klaus: This is another in a series of videos I’ve voiced over the past year or so which all relate to the theme of “Customer Service Quality Assurance”. The puns are wonderful! But the message comes across in a humorous yet informative way so as to keep the viewer’s attention whilst engaging with something which is useful and which most people in business strive for in the 21st Century.
